By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made by customers through our online store.

A “customer”, “you” or “your” means any person who places an order through our website.

A “consumer” means an individual who purchases goods for purposes that are mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.


2. Products

We sell physical consumer products through our online store.

The main characteristics of each product are shown on the respective product page. We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colours, sizes and details as accurately as possible. However, minor differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, manufacturing batches or product improvements.


3. Order Process and Contract Formation

The products displayed on our website constitute an invitation to place an order.

You can add products to your cart and review your order before submitting it. Before completing your purchase, you have the opportunity to check and correct your personal details, delivery address, selected products and payment details.

By clicking the final payment button, such as “Buy Now”, “Pay Now”, “Complete Order” or a similar button, you place a binding order.

After placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order.

A contract is formed once your order has been accepted by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where, for example:

  • the product is unavailable;
  • payment could not be authorised;
  • the delivery address is incomplete or invalid;
  • there is an obvious pricing or product information error;
  • we suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has already been made, we will refund the amount paid.


4. Customer Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the checkout process is accurate and complete.

Please ensure that the email address you provide is correct and that you are able to receive emails from us. Order confirmations, shipping updates and other contract-related information may be sent by email.


5. Prices and Currency

All prices shown on our website are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.

Unless stated otherwise, prices include applicable taxes where required by law. Shipping costs, if any, will be shown during checkout before you complete your order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and accepted.


6. Payment

The available payment methods are shown during checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to credit card providers, PayPal, Stripe, Airwallex or other payment services available at checkout.

By selecting a payment method, you may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective payment provider.

Payment is due immediately at the time of order unless otherwise stated during checkout.

We do not store full credit card details on our own systems.


7. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to the countries shown on our website or during checkout.

Estimated processing and delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy and/or during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, destination, customs processing, local delivery services, public holidays or peak periods.

If delivery is delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you where possible.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


8. Customs, Import Duties and Taxes

Orders may be shipped from outside the United Kingdom.

Depending on the destination country, order value and applicable regulations, import VAT, customs duties, handling fees or other charges may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and/or delivery carriers and are generally the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

For the UK, VAT and/or import charges may apply to goods sent from abroad, depending on the circumstances of the shipment and order value. 

We recommend checking any applicable import rules before placing an order.


9. Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This is the statutory minimum cooling-off period for online purchases in the UK. 

If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the cancellation period begins on the day after you receive the last item.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us clearly by email:

You may use the following wording:

“I hereby cancel my order for the following goods: [product/order number], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address].”

You must send the goods back within 14 days after informing us that you wish to cancel. Unless we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. UK distance-selling guidance allows the seller to require customers to pay return costs if this is clearly communicated in advance. 

Returned products must be unused, clean, complete and, where possible, returned in their original packaging.

We may reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.


10. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return shipment.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Original standard delivery costs may be refunded where required by applicable consumer law. Additional delivery costs for premium or express shipping options are generally non-refundable unless required by law.


11. Exclusions from the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel may not apply to certain products, including but not limited to:

  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery;
  • personalised or customised products;
  • products that have been used, damaged, washed or altered after delivery, beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not comply with applicable consumer protection laws.


12. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photos or videos showing the problem.

For UK consumers, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described. These rights cannot be excluded by these Terms. 

Where required by law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.


13. Product Use

You are responsible for using the products in accordance with the product description, instructions and any safety information provided.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition unless explicitly stated and legally permitted.

Any product-related information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice.


14. Promotions, Discounts and Offers

From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotional codes, bundle offers or free gifts.

Promotions may be subject to additional terms, such as minimum order values, limited availability, expiry dates or restrictions on combination with other offers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel promotions where necessary, for example in cases of misuse, technical errors or limited stock.


15. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.


16. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, graphics, product names, layout and design elements, is owned by us or used under licence.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.


17. Liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

We are not responsible for:

  • indirect or consequential losses;
  • loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity;
  • delays caused by events outside our reasonable control;
  • damage caused by improper use of the products;
  • failure to deliver where incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided by the customer.

If you are a consumer, this does not affect your statutory rights.


18. Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs delays, transport disruptions, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, supplier delays, technical outages or other force majeure events.

If such an event affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise the impact.


19. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information, as well as your rights regarding your personal data.


20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

However, if you are a consumer residing in the United Kingdom, you will also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under UK law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude those mandatory rights.
