All orders are carefully processed, checked and prepared before being handed over to our shipping partners. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

How long does delivery take?

The total delivery time consists of two parts:

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after the order has been placed.

During this time, your order is reviewed, prepared and packed for shipment.

2. Shipping Time

After your order has been handed over to our shipping partner, delivery to the United Kingdom usually takes:

United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier capacity, customs processing, public holidays, seasonal demand or other circumstances outside our control.

During peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas or other high-volume seasons, delivery may take slightly longer.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped using trusted international and local delivery partners. Depending on the destination and logistics route, final delivery may be handled by carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel or other local delivery partners.

The exact carrier may vary depending on your location and the most efficient available shipping route.

Shipping Cost

We offer Insured Premium Shipping for only £2.99.

This includes additional protection in case your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged during transit.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to follow the delivery status of your order.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after dispatch.

Why is my tracking number not working?

Tracking information may take up to 5 business days to update after the parcel has been shipped.

If your tracking number does not show any information immediately, please allow some time for the carrier system to update.

Split Shipments

For logistical reasons, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels. In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number.

There are no additional shipping costs for split shipments.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders delivered to the United Kingdom, applicable taxes and duties are handled according to the shipping method and local regulations.

In rare cases, customs processing may cause delays that are outside our control.
