1. Statutory Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
The cancellation period starts on the day after you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods.
If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the cancellation period starts on the day after you receive the final item.

2. Our 60-Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory cancellation rights, we offer a voluntary 60-day return policy.
You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused or only handled as reasonably necessary to inspect it
- in a clean and hygienic condition
- in its original packaging where possible
- complete with all accessories, inserts and included items
We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the item has been used, damaged, washed, altered, or handled more than necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and fit.

4. Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or unwanted items, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or your order was cancelled under your statutory cancellation rights and the refund of standard delivery charges is required by law.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your item. We cannot issue a refund for items that are not received by us unless you can provide valid proof of return delivery.
5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

- a short description of the issue
- clear photos or videos showing the problem
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate remedy.
You will not be responsible for reasonable return shipping costs where the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges where possible, for example if you ordered the wrong size or received a defective item.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If an exchange is not possible, we may offer a refund in accordance with this policy.

7. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank, card provider, PayPal, or payment provider to process and display the refund.
Refunds are usually processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item or after you provide valid proof that the item has been sent back, where applicable.
8. Deductions from Refunds
We may reduce your refund if the item has lost value due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- visible signs of wear
- stains, odours, washing or damage
- missing packaging or accessories
- hygiene-related concerns
- returned items that are incomplete or not in resellable condition
We do not charge a general restocking fee for returns made under your statutory cancellation rights.
9. Cancellations Before Dispatch

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a refund.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may still request a return after receiving the item, in accordance with this policy.
10. Non-Returnable Items

- sealed hygiene products where the seal has been removed
- products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons
- personalised or custom-made products
- items that have been used, washed, damaged or altered

11. Late or Missing Refunds
